Switchgrass Spirits
Switchgrass Spirits is an equitable craft distillery that manufactures high quality whiskey and brandy. They create and ago only their own product using Midwestern labor and ingredients. Even their glass bottles are produced less than an hour away from our distillery. In February of 2020 they released their first aged and bottled cocktail to the public and have steadily worked since then to offer a variety of popular whiskies, fruit brandies, and collaborative experiments.

Explore the art of making cocktails with the Switchgrass mixology team in this hands-on cocktail class using locally-based Switchgrass Spirits. Experiment with both sweet and sour flavors and learn the signature basics including portioning, techniques and bartending foundations. Of course, guests will enjoy their creations throughout the class. Approximately 1 hour+ class hosted at home or other approved location.
